Zusammenfassung

Bei 50 Patienten, die auf eine retroperitoneale Metastasierung untersucht wurden, konnte eine gute Übereinstimmung von lymphographischen und thermographischen Befunden nachgewiesen werden. Die Thermographie deckt eine Hyperthermie der unteren Extremitäten als Folge einer Sympathikusläsion auf.

Summary

Good agreement between lymphographic and thermographic findings were demonstrated in 50 patients examined for retroperitoneal metastases. Thermography can reveal hyperthermia of the lower limbs due to a lesion in the sympathetic nerve supply.
