Zusammenfassung
Im Serum eines Patienten mit lymphoproliferativer Erkrankung fiel in der Immunelektrophorese ein atypisches, im α2-Bereich wanderndes Protein mit μ-Kettenspezifität auf, das weder χ- noch λ -Spezifität besaß. Das klinische Bild, die histologischen und zytologischen Befunde sowie die proteinpathologischen Untersuchungen zeigen eine weitgehende Übereinstimmung mit den bisher publizierten Fällen von μ-Kettenkrankheit.
Summary
In a patient with lymphoproliferative disease an atypical serum protein in the α2 region was noted on immunelectrophoresis with μ-chain specificity but neither χ nor λ specificity. The clinical picture and histological and cytological findings as well as the protein analysis were fully consistent with previously published cases of μ-chain disease.
