Transvenös-endokardiale Vorhofsteuerung von Schrittmachern

Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe einer besonders konstruierten Widerhaken-Elektrode, die eine transvenöse Einführung und sichere Fixierung im rechten Herzohr erlaubt, wurden bei 60 Kranken mit totalem atrioventrikulärem Block Schrittmacher mit endokardialer Vorhofsteuerung komplikationslos implantiert. Das Verfahren eignet sich außerdem zur permanenten Vorhofstimulation bei sinu-aurikulärer Blockierung.

Summary

A new type of intravenously introduced pacing catheter is described. It has a hook-shaped tip electrode which can be unsheathed and, after intravenous introduction of the catheter, firmly attached to the right atrial appendage. It has been used so far without complications in sixty patients with total A-V block for atrial-triggered pacing. It can also be used for permanent atrial stimulation in S-A block.

Regulación auricular-intracardíaca del marcapaso Técnica y empleo clínico

Con ayuda de un electrodo especialmente construído en forma de gancho que permite su introducción transvenosa y una fijación segura en la aurícula derecha se implantaron sin complicaciones marcapasos con regulación auricular intracardíaca en 60 enfermos con bloqueo atrioventricular completo. El método sirve además para estimular permanentemente la aurícula en el bloqueo sinuauricular.
