Mit diesem Artikel sollen folgende Inhalte vermittelt werden:

Probleme der Definition von Therapieresistenz, die Evaluation (Response, Remission) der antidepressiven Wirksamkeit, die Kenntnis der wichtigsten Ursachen von Nonresponse und Therapieresistenz, die Möglichkeiten der Prädiktion des antidepressiven Therapieerfolgs sowie die Kenntnis der wichtigsten psychotherapeutischen Behandlungsstrategien (KVT, IPT, CBASP) bei therapieresistenten Depressionen.
