Zusammenfassung

Es wird über das gleichzeitige Vorkommen eines abnormen γ1A- und γ-Globulins sowie eines Urin-Bence-Jones-Proteins bei einer Patientin mit Plasmozytom berichtet. Da ähnliche Beobachtungen bisher nicht bekannt wurden, werden die Untersuchungen mit der Immuno- und Stärkegel-Elektrophorese ausführlich beschrieben. Die Befunde werden besonders hinsichtlich der γ-Globulinsynthese diskutiert.

Summary

A 74-year old woman, admitted to hospital because of renal failure, was found to have abnormal γ1A and γ-globulins, in addition to Bence-Jones protein in the urine. This is the first such association reported in the literature; and results of immuno- and starch-gel electrophoresis are described. The findings are discussed in their relation to the synthesis of gamma-globulins.

Plasmocitoma con anomalía proteínica múltiple

Se informa acerca de la aparición simultánea de una γ 1A- y γ-globulina anormal así como de una proteinuria de Bence-Jones en una enferma con plasmocitoma. Como quiera que observaciones análogas no llegaron a conocerse hasta ahora, se describen detalladamente las exploraciones con la electroforesis inmunológica y de gel de almidón. Se discuten los hallazgos especialmente respecto de la síntesis de γ-globulina.
