Zusammenfassung

Anhand eines typischen Falles von durch Phenylbutazon-Behandlung ausgelöster antikörperbedingter thrombozytopenischer Purpura werden die Differentialdiagnose und Therapie der medikamentbedingten Purpuraarten besprochen. Die klinischen Symptome sind tabellarisch zusammengefaßt.

Summary

A typical case of thrombocytopenic purpura due to antibody production by phenylbutazone is described and the differential diagnosis and treatment of drug-induced purpuras discussed. The various clinical signs and symptoms are listed in a table.

Púrpura trombocitopénica dependiente de anticuerpos después de fenilbutazona

A base de un caso típico de púrpura trombocitopénica dependiente de anticuerpos, provocada por el tratamiento de fenilbutazona, se reseñan el diagnóstico diferencial y la terapia de las clases de púrpura dependientes de medicamentos. Los síntomas clínicos están comprendidos en una tabla.
