Zusammenfassung
Der Resorptionstest mit J131-markiertem Triolein, nach unserer Methodik, erlaubt eine exakte Prüfung der Fettverdauung und Fettresorption bei den verschiedenen Erkrankungen des Magendarmtraktes. Die Abgrenzung des primären vom sekundären Malabsorptionssyndrom ist damit möglich. Zur Kennzeichnung der Verdauungs- und Resorptionsleistung wird der Begriff der Resorptionszahl eingeführt.
Summary
The test of resorption with triolein marked with 131I permits an exact examination of digestion and resorption of fat in different affections of the intestinal tractus. We can define with our special method the primary and secondary syndrome of malabsorption. To mark the efficiency of digestion and absorption of fat the conseption of the numerical value of resorption is introduced.

El test de resorción con trioleína marcada con J131, según nuestra metodología, permite un examen exacto de la digestión y resorción de grasa en las diversas afecciones del conducto gastrointestinal, siendo de este modo posible delimitar el síndrome de mala absorción primario frente al secundario. Se introduce el concepto del número de resorción para caracterizar el rendimiento de digestión y resorción.
