Zusammenfassung

Genau 10 Jahre nach der ersten Mitteilung des Verfassers über den Oscillographen zur doppelseitigen Pulsschreibung wird die Leistungsfähigkeit des Verfahrens in der Diagnostik der Angiopathien herausgestellt. Die Oscillographie hat breite Anwendung in der Klinik gefunden. Es besteht eine gute Übereinstimmung zwischen oscillographischen und angiographischen Befunden. Die Erfolge der oscillographischen Untersuchungen werden ebenso wie die Schwierigkeiten an beispielhaften Fällen, belegt durch reiches Bildmaterial, dargestellt.

Summary

The author reviews the results of bilateral oscillography in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular diseases, using a pulse recorder of his own construction. Good agreement has been found between the results of oscillography and angiography. The value and difficulties of oscillographic tests is illustrated.

Se destaca la utilidad del procedimiento oscilográfico para el diagnóstico de las angiopatías, justamente a los 10 años de la primera comunicación del autor relativa al oscilógrafo para la esfigmografía bilateral. La oscilografía ha encontrado amplia aplicación en la clínica. Los hallazgos oscilográficos y angiográficos concuerdan bien. Se exponen los resultados de las exploraciones oscilográficas así como sus dificultades, valiéndose de casos ejemplares y abundantes testimonios ilustrativos.
