Abstract

We present a case of an 80-year-old male patient who complained of recurrent angina 2 years after coronary bypass grafting using a left mammary artery (LIMA). This was caused by a new subtotal subclavian artery stenosis before the origin of the LIMA. The left subclavian artery was stented and the patient experienced complete relief.
