Allein durch die Stellung des Patienten kann es zu erheblichen, a priori geradezu unglaubwürdigen Veränderungen in Form und Lagerungsart der endothorakalen Organe kommen.

Auf die bisher nicht gewürdigte Änderung der Lungenzeichnung wird besonders hingewiesen.

The posture of the patient can cause considerable and a priori almost unbelievable changes in the shape and location of the endothoracic organs. This seems to be of special importance for local changes in the roentgenologic pattern of the lungs.
