Abstract
In chronic leg ulcers in which the venous genesis is complicated by arterial disorders therapy is very complicated. First step should be the therapy of arterial occlusive disease. It is followed by therapy of the venous disease. Most important for that is compression therapy of the leg. Further the wound therapy is influenced and accelerated by surgical and conservative methods.
