Die Lymphadenographie in der klinischen Praxis

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine kurze Übersicht der bisherigen Erfolge der Lymphangiographie und eigene klinische Studien mit der Lymphadenographie (eine Methode der direkten, perkutanen Punktion und Zufuhr des Kontrastmittels in die Lymphdrüsen) geschildert. Durch geeignete Kombination des Kontrastmittels mit Hilfsmitteln, die den endolymphatischen Kreislauf fördern, ist es gelungen, Teile von oberflächlichen und tiefen lymphatischen Bezirken, also auch Lymphdrüsenknoten, zu veranschaulichen. Die erzielten Röntgenbilder ermöglichen auch klinische Schlüsse.

Summary

A short review is given about the hitherto gained successes in the lymphangiography. The authors demonstrate their own clinical studies with the lymphadenography. This means a method with direct percutaneous puncture and instillation of the contrast medium in the lymphatic glands. By an adequate combination of the contrast substances with auxiliary agents improving the endolymphatic circulation parts of the superficial and deep lymphatic regions including the lymph nodes could be visualized. Clinical conclusions can be derived from the obtained lymphadenograms.

Après une brève étude des résultats obtenus jusqu'à maintenant dans les lymphangiographies, les auteurs exposent quelques observations cliniques effectuées avec des lymphadénographies — méthode de ponction direkte transcutanée dans le ganglion lymphatique avec injection de la substance de contraste. — Une combinaison appropriée de produit de contraste et de substance auxiliaire favorisant la circulation endo-lymphatique a permis 1'illustration de parties superficielles et profondes du système lymphatique, c. a d., du ganglion lymphatique. Les radiographies obtenues permettent même des conclusions cliniques.

Resumen

Los autores describen brevemente los éxitos hasta ahora obtenidos con la linfoangiografía y estudios propios empleando la linfoadenografía (método de punción directa por vía percutánea e inyección del medio de contraste en los ganglios linfáticos). Por la combinación adecuada del medio de contraste con substancias auxiliares, las cuales estimulan la circulación endolinfática, se ha logrado demostrar partes de regiones superficiales y profundas del sistema linfático, es decir, incluso nódulos linfáticos. Las radiografías obtenidas también permiten conclusiones clínicas.
