In connection with a case, the etiology of pulmonary varicosities is discussed and the possibilities of mechanical strangulation of the vessel is raised. The author further considers the clinical feature of the condition, its radiological appearance and prognosis, and stresses the importance of its recognition during life.

Résumé

Un cas permet aux auteurs d'exposer l'étiologie des varices pulmonaires et d'émettre l'hypothèse qu'il s'agit d'une strangulation mécanique du vaisseau. Ils traitent ensuite la clinique de l'affection, sa morphologie radiologique, son pronostic et ils soulignent l'importance de poser le diagnostic pendant la vie du malade.

En relación a un caso se expone la etiología de la varicosidad pulmonar, plantandose la posibilidad de una estrangulación mecánica del vaso. Los autores tratan también la clinica de la enfermedad, su morfologia radiológica y pronostico, destacando la importancia del diagnóstico in vivo.
