Die Knochenhämangiomatose

Zusammenfassung

Vier Beobachtungen von Knochentumoren werden beschrieben, bei welchen trotz des mikroskopisch ähnlichen Aussehens einer benignen Hämangiomatose die röntgenologisch-klinischen Verlaufsformen unterschiedlich waren, monostotische bis polyostotische Lokalisationen umfaßten. Die Röntgenbestrahlung zeigte sich gelegentlich als Therapie der Wahl.

Summary

The authors describe four bone tumours. Their microscopical appearances were similar and indicated benign haemangiomatosis. Nevertheless, development of these lesions differed both clinically and radiólogically, and their localisation was both monostotic and polyostotic. Occasionally, radiotherapy is the treatment of choice.

Description de 4 observations de tumeurs osseuses. Elles présentaient des localisations monostotiques et polyostotiques avec une évolution clinique et radiologique différente, bien que l'examen histologique montrait dans tous les cas qu'il s'agissait d'une angiomatose bénigne. La radiothérapie fut parfois le traitement de choix.

Resumen

Se describen 4 observaciones de tumores óseos en los que, a pesar de un parecido microscópico con una hemangiomatosis benigna, eran diferentes las formas evolutivas radiológico-clínicas, que abarcaban localizaciones monostósicas hasta poliostósicas. En algunos casos se mostró la irradiación con rayos Roentgen como la terapia de elección.
