Röntgenkinematographischer Nachweis lymphovenöser Verbindungen im Versuch in vivo

Zusammenfassung

Mittels Röntgenkinematographie wurden verschiedene Arten lymphovenöser Verbindungen am lebendigen Organismus durch lymphotrope Kontrastmittel dargestellt. Solche Verbindungen wurden in einem bestimmten Regenerationsstadium des lymphatischen Systems nach Unterbindung des Ductus thoracicus und in der Knotengegend bei entzündlichen Veränderungen festgestellt. Die Röntgenkinematographie ermöglichte eine Analyse des ganzen Vorganges und die Lokalisierung lymphovenöser Verbindungen.

Summary

Various types of lymphatic-venous communications have been demonstrated in living organisms by means of cineradiography, using lymphotropic contrast media. These communications were found at a certain stage during the regeneration of the lymphatic system following ligation of the thoracic duct, and in the vicinity of inflamed lymph nodes. Cineradiography permits an analysis of the entire process and enables localisation of the lymphatic-venous communications.

Résumé

La radiocinématographie permet l'illustration de différents types de communication entre los vaisseaux lymphatiques et les veines sur l'organisme vivant en utilisant une substance de contraste lymphotrope. Ces substances ont été décelées dans un stade précis de régénération du système lymphatique après ligature du canal thoracique et dans la région ganglionnaire lors de lésions inflammatoires. La radiocinématographie permit une analyse de ce processus et une localisation des communications lympho-veineuses.

Resumen

Mediante la roentgencinematografía se representaron gráficamente diversas variedades de comumcaciones linfovenosas, en el organismo vivo, utilizando medios de contraste linfotropos. Se pudieron demostrar taies conexiones en un estadío determinado de regeneración del sistema linfático, tras la ligadura del ductus thoracicus, en el territorio del nudo con alteraciones inflamatorias. La roentgencinematografia posibilitó un análisis de la totalidad del proceso y la localización de communicaciones linfovenosas.
