Periarteriitis Nodosa der Nieren im Renovasogramm

Zusammenfassung

Der Verfasser stellt zwei Fälle von Periarteriitis nodosa dar, bei denen in Nierenangiogrammen kleine Aneurysmen und Vernarbungen beider Nieren festgestellt wurden, Die Diagnose ist auf Grund der klinischen, angiographischen und im zweiten Fall auch pathologisch-anatomischen Untersuchungen gestellt worden. Gleichzeitig wird auch das pathologischanatomische Bild der Periarteriitis nodosa an Hand der Literatur besprochen.

Summary

The author describes two cases of periarteriitis nodosa in whom small aneurysms and scarring of both kidneys were demonstrated by means of renal angiography. The diagnosis was based on the clinical and angiographic findings, and in the second patient, also on pathological investigations. The pathological changes in periarteriitis nodosa are discussed with reference to the relevant literature.

Résumé

L'auteur expose deux cas de périartérite noueuse. Ils montraient à l'angiographie rénale de petits anévrismes et des cicatrices aux deux reins. Le diagnostic fut posé par l'examen clinique et par l'angiographie, il fut en outre confirmé dans le second cas par l'examen anatomo-pathologique. La description anatomo- pathologique de la périartérite noueuse est également exposée à l'aide des données de la littérature.

El autor representa dos casos de periarteritis nudosa en los que se apreciaron, en el angiograma renal, pequeños aneurismas y cicatrizaciones en ambos riñones. El diagnóstico se determinó tomando como base exploraciones clínicas y angiográficas, y en el segundo caso también exámenes patologico-anatómicos. Simultáneamente se comenta también la imagen anatómico-patológica de la periarteritis nudosa a la vista de bibliografía.
