Szintigraphische Verlaufsbeobachtungen vor und nach alloplastischem Hüftgelenkersatz

Zusammenfassung

Wir verwendeten die ^87mSr-Szintigraphie zur Erfolgsbeurteilung bei alloplastischem Hüftgelenkersatz. Von 57 operierten Patienten wurden 29 über einen Zeitraum von 16 Monaten beobachtet. Neun dieser 29 Patienten wiesen bereits 6 Monate post operationem ein unauffälliges Beckenszintigramm auf. Nach 9 Monaten war in 27 von 29 Fällen das Szintigramm normalisiert. Bei den restlichen 2 Patienten mit einem pathologischen ^87mSr-Szintigramm, das über 9 Monate hinaus bestehen blieb, ergab sich einmal eine Infektion im Operationsgebiet, einmal eine Lockerung der Endoprothese. Der Röntgenbefund war in beiden Fällen unauffällig. Wir halten die szintigraphische Verlaufskontrolle für eine geeignete Methode zur objektiven Beurteilung des Operationserfolges nach alloplastischem Hüftgelenkersatz.

Summary

A scintigraphic follow-up study was made in a series of patients with total hip replacement. 29 subjects underwent ^87mSr-examinations pre- and postoperatively in addition to the common examinations. They were observed over 16 months. Six months after the implantation, 9 patients showed a normalization of the ^87mSr-scintiscan. 9 months after the operation, there were only 2 cases of abnormal ^87mSr-scintiscans left. In these two cases the suspicion of a pathologic process was confirmed subsequently. The one patient suffered from an infection, and the other one had the complication of loosening of endoprothesis. In either case the roentgenogram showed no signs of the pathologic process. In our opinion, ^87mSr-scintigraphy is useful for estimating the results of total prothetic replacement of the hip joint.
