Summary

Small, tissue-equivalent ionization chambers with high-pressure gas filling are described. Their calibration with a calorimeter is discussed, and the advantages of comparisons with Monte Carlo calculations of absorbed dose and with a biological dosimeter are examined.

Zusammenfassung

Kleine gewebsäquivalente Ionisationskammern mit Hochdruckgasfüllung werden beschrieben, ihre Kalibrierung mit einem Kalorimeter diskutiert, und die Vorteile der Vergleiche von Monte-Carlo-Kalkulationen absorbierter Dosis mit biologischem Dosimeter untersucht.
