Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall rechtsseitiger, traumatischer Zwerchfellruptur mit transdiaphragmalem Leberprolaps berichtet. Durch kombinierte Leber-Lungen-Szintigraphie konnte eine Abklärung herbeigeführt werden. Auf die Vorteile der nuklearmedizinischen Untersuchung, besonders bei Polytraumatisierten, wird hingewiesen.

Summary

A case of right-sided traumatic diaphragmatic rupture with transdiaphragmatic liver prolapse is reported. The situation could be clarified by combined hepatic and lung scans. The advantages of isotope examinations, particularly in patients with multiple trauma, are stressed.
