Zusammenfassung

Der diagnostische Wert der Gaskontrastuntersuchung des weiblichen Genitalapparates mit Hilfe der 70-mm-BV-Technik wird mit Beispielen aus 625 Untersuchungen belegt. Die Vorteile u. a. in bezug auf Strahlenbelastung und die Nachteile der Photopneumopelvigraphie werden besprochen; ihre routinemäßige Anwendung wird empfohlen.

Summary

The diagnostic value of gas contrast examinations of the female genital organs, using a 70 mm. intensifier technique, was evaluated in 625 examinations. Its advantages, particularly with respect to radiation dosage, as well as its disadvantages, are discussed. Photopneumopelvigraphy is recommended for routine use.
