Zusammenfassung

Die dorsobasale Thoraxregion ist Prädilektionsort einer Reihe von Läsionen mit zum Teil unverwechselbarer Röntgensymptomatik. Anhand charakteristischer Fälle (diaphragmabezogene Prozesse, Lungensequestration, Pleuritis- und Pneumothoraxrelikte) werden die Röntgenbefunde dargelegt und die Differentialdiagnose besprochen.

Summary

The radiology of the dorsobasal part of the chest includes a number of unmistakable lesions with characteristic appearances. These are demonstrated by a series of appropriate cases (diaphragmatic processes, pulmonary sequestrations, pleural disease and the late effects of a pneumothorax). Their differential diagnosis is discussed.
