Verkalkungen des Plexus chorioideus der Seitenventrikel als Folge kongenitaler Toxoplasmose

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall von Verkalkungen des Plexus chorioideus der Seitenventrikel berichtet als Folge einer kongenitalen Toxoplasmose. Die Diagnose wird wahrscheinlich gemacht durch den positiven Ausfall des Serofarbtestes nach Sabin-Feldmann, der nicht nur bei unserer Patientin, sondern auch bei deren Mutter und einer jüngeren Schwester positiv ausgefallen ist.

The author presents a case of calcification of the choroid plexus in the lateral ventricles following congenital toxoplasmosis. The diagnosis seems probable considering the positive outcome of the Sabin-Feldmann serum test not only for the patient herself but also for her mother and younger sister.

Résumé

On rapporte un cas de calcifications du Plexus chorioideus des ventricules latéraux par suite de toxoplasmose congénitale. Le diagnostic est confirmé par le résultat positif du test à sérum coloré (Serofarbtest) d'après Sabin-Feldmann dont le résultat fut positif non seulement dans le cas de notre malade mais aussi chez sa mère et sa soeur cadette.

El autor comunica un caso de calcificación del piejo coroideo de los ventrículos laterales a consecuencia de una toxoplasmosis congenita. El diagnóstico se transformó en probable mediante la reacción positiva del suero coloreado según Sabin-Feldmann. El mismo resultado positivo se obtuvo en la madre y en una hermana menor de la paciente.
