Hydrastis canadensis

Zusammenfassung

Die kanadische Gelbwurz, Hydrastis canadensis, wurde schon im 19. Jahrhundert in die Homöopathie eingeführt und wird vor allem bei chronischen Schleimhautkatarrhen und Karzinomen der Haut und Schleimhäute verwendet. Antoine Nebel zählt sie zu den „Drainagemitteln” nach Tuberculinum-Gabe. Die charakteristischen Merkmale und Symptome des Arzneimittels und 5 kurze Anwendungsbeobachtungen werden beschrieben.

Summary

The Canadian orange root, hydrastis canadensis, was already introduced in homeopathy in the 19th century and is used above all in chronic catarrhs and carcinomas of the skin and mucous membranes. Antoine Nebel lists it as one of the „drainage remedies” after the application of tuberculinum. The typical signs and symptoms of the remedy and 5 short clinical observations are described.
