Die Anzahl der Medikamente und Techniken und die Liste der Indikationen für die Einleitung einer Geburt sind in den letzten Jahren deutlich angestiegen. Inzwischen wird die Geburt bei jeder 5. Schwangeren vorzeitig ­ein­geleitet. Welche Evidenzen gibt es für die aktuell praktizierten Einleitungsmethoden?
