Anti-VEGF-Präparatewechsel bei exsudativer altersabhängiger Makuladegeneration und Non-Responding

Hintergrund

Obwohl intravitreale anti-VEGF-Therapieverfahren mittlerweile verhältnismäßig erfolgreich bei altersabhängiger Makuladegeneration (AMD) mit chorioretinalen Neovaskularisationsmembranen Anwendung finden, bleibt das Non-Responding Motivation für die Entwicklung neuer Behandlungsverfahren sowie für den betroffenen Patienten und Therapeuten ein schwer zu beherrschendes Problem [1] [2].

Wir berichten über den Therapieverlauf eines 71-jährigen Mannes mit initialem Non-Responding seines funktionell letzten Auges.
