12 2 Mittlerweile ist in Deutschland das Prokinetikum Prucaloprid zur Therapie der Obstipation bei Frauen, bei denen Laxantien nicht ausreichend wirken, zugelassen (vgl. Kommentar zu Statement 8) und kann auch bei STC angewandt werden. Die Zulassung fiel aber in den Zeitraum nach Abschluss der Leitlinienstatements. Die Empfehlung, Prucaloprid bei auf Laxantien unzureichend ansprechender Obstipation zumindest probatorisch zu geben, wurde aus diesem formalen Grund nicht in das Statement aufgenommen.
