Schrittmacherfehlfunktion nach Reanimation

Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall einer 85-jährigen Schrittmacherpatientin mit erfolgreicher kardiopulmonaler Reanimation an der Dialyse berichtet. Nach Reanimation zeigt das EKG ([Abb. 1]) einen Stimulationsverlust und eine mangelhafte ventrikuläre Wahrnehmung. Die Ursachen des Schrittmacherdefekts nach Defibrillation und mögliche Vermeidungsstrategien während einer Reanimation werden diskutiert.

Abstract

The case of a 85 year old patient being resuscitated during haemodialysis is presented. The initial ECG ([Fig. 1]) after successful resuscitation with 6 DC shocks shows an exit block and undersensing. The paper discusses the causes of pacemaker dysfunction after defibrillation and possible protective manoeuvres.
