Nutzen des DatScan bei möglicher Lewy-Body-Demenz

Zusammenfassung

Die klinischen Kriterien für die Diagnose einer Demenz mit Lewy-Körperchen sind zwar hoch spezifisch, aber wenig sensitiv: autoptisch wird die Diagnose nach histopathologischen Kriterien weit häufiger gestellt. Die Darstellung des Dopamintransporters im FP-CIT SPECT stellt eine Möglichkeit dar, die Sensitivität zu erhöhen und wurde in die revidierten Konsensuskriterien mit aufgenommen. Unklar bleibt die Wertigkeit dieser Bildgebung in Abwesenheit eines Parkinson-Syndroms, eines der Kernsymptome. Anhand eines Fallbeispiels und einer Literaturübersicht wird der Nutzen des FP-CIT SPECTs beleuchtet.
