Intradialytische Ernährung: Ursachen, Diagnose und Therapieoptionen der Mangelernährung

Zusammenfassung
Eine Proteinmalnutrition ist bei ca. 20–35 % aller Dialysepatienten erkennbar und Teilursache einer erhöhten Mortalität. Abgesehen von organischen Störungen sind deren Ursachen eine inadäquate Dialysetherapie, eine inadäquate medikamentöse Therapie sowie psychische Störungen. Die Therapie besteht neben einer sorgfältigen Ernährungsberatung unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Bedingungen eines Dialysepatienten, in der Optimierung der Dialysebehandlung sowie in enteraler oder parenteraler Ernährung mit speziellen Nährlösungen, die auf die Dialysebehandlung ausgerichtet sind.
