Autovakzine zur Behandlung von Dermatitis bei einer Hauskatze

Zusammenfassung

Die Applikation von Autovakzinen stellt eine effektive und langfristige Therapieoption dar, die es ermöglicht, Abhilfe bei therapieresistenten Erkrankungsbildern zu schaffen. Sie ist insbesondere bei chronischen und/oder rezidivierenden Erkrankungen mit unbekannter Ätiologie eine Behandlungsalternative zur Antibiose, da hier 2 medizinische Pfade genutzt werden können: der diagnostische über die Identifizierung des Erregers und der therapeutische Weg durch die spezifische Herstellung der Autovakzine gegen das pathogene Bakterium. Die Therapie mit spezifischen Autovakzinen ist wegweisend für Tier und Tierhalter. Gerade bei antibiotika- und kortisonresistenten Zuständen des Tieres haben sich Autovakzininjektionen bewährt.

Summary

The application of autovaccines offers an actual and long-term therapy option which enables remedial action of clinical pictures resistant to therapy in animals. With particular reference to chronic and/or recurrent illnesses with unknown etiologies, autovaccines are a treatment alternative to antibiosis by using two medicinal paths i.e., the diagnostic identification of the pathogen as well as the therapeutic specific production of the autovaccine against the pathogenic bacteria. The therapy with specific autovaccines is groundbreaking for both the animal and animal holder. Autovaccines have proved to be more effective especially with regard to the resistance of animals to cortisone and antibiotics [1].
