We report the unique finding of a microgranuloma successfully visualized by magnifying endoscopy with narrow-band imaging. The histological findings of a target biopsy specimen revealed that the microgranuloma was due to esophageal tuberculosis. This is the first report to demonstrate the magnifying endoscopy findings for a subepithelial microgranuloma of esophageal tuberculosis.
