Abstract
A catalyst-free and convenient approach for the preparation of cyclohexa-1,3-dienecarboxylate derivatives is described. This three-component reaction between primary amines, alkyl acetoacetate, and dibenzylideneacetone proceeds under solvent-free condition in good to excellent yields.
