Der Mitarbeiterfaktor – eine rechnerische Größe zur OP-Planung

Zusammenfassung

Die OP-Planung stellt in der heutigen Zeit die größte Herausforderung für das OP-Management dar. Auslastungsquoten, Personalbindungszeiten und gezieltes Notfallmanagement sind Faktoren, die über den betriebswirtschaftlichen Erfolg einer OP-Abteilung entscheiden können. Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt erstmals den Einflussfaktor „Mitarbeiter“ in den Mittelpunkt rechnerischer Planungen. Durch die Berechnung eines persönlichen „Mitarbeiterfaktors“ konnte die Genauigkeit der OP-Planung signifikant erhöht werden und somit nachgewiesen werden, dass OP-Programme planbar gemacht werden können.

Abstract

Currently, operating room planning is the largest challenge for the management of a surgical unit. Degree of utilisation, availability times of personnel and targeted emergency management are factors that can be decisive for the economic success of a surgical department. The present article introduces for the first time the impacting factor „personnel“ in the centre point of mathematical planning. Calculation of the individual „personnel factor“ has significantly increased the accuracy of operating room planning and thus demonstrated that it is indeed possible to plan the operating room programme.
