Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche in der Endoskopie

Die Neuordnung von klinischen Aufgaben und die Dele-gation von ärztlichen Tätigkeiten mit fehlendem oder geringem Gefährdungspotenzial für den Patienten können zur Entlastung von Ärzten und zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung von professionell Pflegenden in der Endoskopie führen. Damit verbunden sind eine deutlich höhere Verantwortung für Endoskopiepflegepersonal, die Schärfung des eigenen Berufsbilds und der professionellen Identität sowie die Erhöhung der Attraktivität des Berufs.
