Zusammenfassung
Die Rehabilitation nach Herz- und Lungentransplantation gilt heute als Goldstandard und ist unerlässlich für die Wiedererlangung einer optimalen Funktionsfähigkeit und Lebensqualität der Betroffenen. Ziele dieses Fortbildungsartikels sind es zum einen, die physiologischen Besonderheiten der transplantierten Lungen und des Herzens zu vermitteln, zum anderen werden, neben den Besonderheiten im medizinischen Management dieser Patienten, das funktionale Assessment und die Zielsetzungen in den verschiedenen Phasen der Rehabilitation abgehandelt sowie auf einzelne Interventionen der Rehabilitationsprogramme näher eingegangen.
Abstract
Rehabilitation following heart and lung transplantation represents a gold standard procedure in these patients and aims at optimizing both their functional health and quality of live. This review is intended to provide a survey over the physiologic characteristics of lung and heart transplant recipients. Furthermore, the functional assessment, the goals of rehabilitation within the different phases, and individual interventions of the rehabilitation programs will be discussed.
