Die konfokale Endomikroskopie ist eine neuartige endo-skopische Technologie, die die Videoendoskopie mit der intravitalen Mikroskopie verbindet und eine mikroskopische Betrachtung der gastrointestinalen Mukosa in Echtzeit (während der laufenden Endoskopie) erlaubt.
