Osteotomien am Fuß

Zusammenfassung

Die operative Therapie angeborener und erworbener Fußfehlstellungen basiert auf einer Stellungskorrektur der beteiligten knöchernen Strukturen. Dabei kommt den Osteotomien ein besonderer Stellenwert zu. Die Wahl des Osteotomieverfahrens orientiert sich am klinischen und röntgenologischen Befund sowie dem Zustand der angrenzenden Gelenke. Die interne Osteosynthese sollte so gewählt werden, dass postoperativ eine funktionelle Nachbehandlung gewährleistet ist. Eine interfragmentäre Kompression und/oder Plattenosteosynthese ist dabei der Goldstandard.

Abstract

The surgical correction of congenital or postural disorders of the foot depends on a realignment of the involved skeletal structures. Osteotomies are a key step to achieve these goals of treatment. The indication for the appropriate osteotomy mainly depends both on clinical and radiological findings and the functional status of the adjacent joints. Internal osteosynthesis allowing immediate postoperative weight-bearing should be preferred. Interfragmentary compression in combination with a plate is widely accepted as the gold standard.
