Kalziumphosphat-Knochenzement erhöht die Stabilität eines Implantat-Knochen-Konstrukts bei Patienten mit osteoporotischen Frakturen. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht, ob es einen positiven Effekt bei der zusätzlichen Verwendung von Kalziumphosphat-Knochenzement bei der Osteosynthese der instabilen distalen Radiusfraktur mittels volarer winkelstabiler Plattenosteosynthese gibt.
