Congress Abstract

Data are presented on the role of gonadotripin impulse secretion disorder and of impairment of positive feedback mechanism between the ovaries and hypophysis in the pathogenesis of hyperprolactinemic ovarian insufficiency.

Methods of diagnostics and treatment of the disease are given.

Problems of prolactinoma influence on the course of pregnancy and the influence of pregnancy on the size and functional activity of the tumor are examined.
