Anamnese
Eine 42-jährige Patientin bemerkte vor 4 Jahren subkutane Knoten gluteal beidseits, nachdem sie hier im Rahmen einer Fertilitätsbehandlung hormonhaltige Präparate appliziert hatte. Nun treten neue, größenprogrediente, schmerzhafte Knoten auf, ohne erneute Injektionen.
