Neutrophile Dermatose der Handrücken – eine lokalisierte Form eines Sweet-Syndroms

Zusammenfassung

Die Neutrophile Dermatose der Handrücken (NDDH) ist eine lokalisierte Form eines Sweet-Syndroms. Das klinische Bild ist charakterisiert durch auf die Handrücken begrenzte livide Papeln und Plaques. Das histologische Korrelat ist ein dichtes, neutrophilenreiches Infiltrat im oberen Korium. In über 50 % der Fälle ist die NDDH mit einer zugrunde liegenden Erkrankung assoziiert. Insbesondere maligne hämatologische Grunderkrankungen und chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen sollten bedacht werden.

Abstract

Neutrophilic Dermatosis of the Dorsal Hands (NDDH) is a localized variant of Sweet’s Syndrom. Patients present violaceous papulonodules and plaques on the dorsal hands. Histologically it is characterized by a dense neutrophilic infiltrate in the upper dermis. Vasculitis can occur. In over 50 % of the cases NDDH is associated with an underlying systemic disease. Particularly malignant haematological diseases and chronic inflammatory bowel diseases should be excluded.
