Unklare zystische Raumforderung im Pankreasschwanz

Fazit

Lymphoepitheliale Zysten im Pankreas sind sehr seltene Befunde, die mit einer geschätzten Frequenz von etwa 0,5 % aller zystischen Pankreasläsionen (Tab. [1]) [1] im klinischen Alltag zwar nur eine untergeordnete Rolle spielen, aber die Schwierigkeit einer präoperativen Unterscheidung zwischen gutartigen zystischen Läsionen und malignen Befunden illustrieren [6] [7].
