Introduction
Cystic adventitial disease (CAD) is a rare vascular disease mainly affecting the patient's popliteal artery. CAD occurred mostly in the adult male patients at the typical age of 40 to 60 years but it was very rarely seen in the children, only about less than five cases reported,[1] with the youngest child of 10 years old. In this study, we reported a 5.5-year-old boy with popliteal CAD. To the best of our knowledge, this is the minimum age of the child with CAD to date.
