Die flexible endoskopische Therapie mittels Mukomyotomie hat sich in den letzten Jahren als Behandlungsoption des symptomatischen Zenker-Divertikels etabliert. Komplikationen treten selten auf und mögliche Rezidive können problemlos erneut endoskopisch behandelt werden.
