Bis heute ist im klinischen Alltag die Dignitätsvorhersage von unklaren Gallengangsläsionen schwierig und stellt alle beteiligten Disziplinen vor größere Herausforderungen in der Diagnostik. SpyGlass® ist ein weiterentwickeltes Cholangioskopiesystem, welches die Diagnostik im Gallengang durch die Beschränkung auf einen Untersucher erleichtert. Erste Studien belegen, dass mittels SpyGlass® eine deut-liche Verbesserung der diagnostischen Treffsicherheit möglich wird.
