Introduction

Gangliogliomas (GGs) of the central nervous system (CNS) are rather uncommon lesions comprising approximately 1% of all brain neoplasms. The malignant variants of these tumors are extremely rare.[1] [2] Here, we describe a unique case of a 36-year-old female with known Turner syndrome (TS) in association with primary anaplastic supratentorial GG.
