Zusammenfassung
NEUE STUDIENERGEBNISSE zeigen, dass der klassische „Tennisellenbogen“ eher auf degenerativen Prozessen als auf einer Entzündungsreaktion beruht. Durch Überforderungen entstehen strukturelle Veränderungen mit Gefäßeinsprossungen, die erweiterte therapeutische Herangehensweisen erfordern. Die Patienten benötigen mehr als eine rein biomechanisch-strukturell ausgerichtete Therapie.
