Zusammenfassung

Gerade bei chronischen Erkrankungen wie den chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen spielt der salutogenetische Blickwinkel eine große Rolle. Eine zentrale Frage ist, wie der Patient seine Ressourcen nutzen kann, um seine Gesundheit zu schützten. Die integrative Medizin beruht auf einer Kombination aus schulmedizinisch anerkannten Naturheilverfahren und Komplementärmedizin sowie der Mind-Body-Medizin. Im Vordergrund steht eine sinnvolle Verbindung von konventioneller und naturheilkundlicher Medizin mit einer Lebensstilberatung. Ziel ist eine bewusste, langfristige Veränderung des Lebensstils.

Abstract

Especially in the case of chronic diseases like chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, the salutogenetic point of view plays an important role. A central question is, how the patient can use her/his resources to protect her/his health. Integrative medicine is based on a combination of naturopathic treatments, which are approved by orthodox medicine, and complementary medicine as well as mind-body medicine. In the foreground, there is a useful connection of conventional and naturopathic medicine with lifestyle counseling. The aim is a conscious, long-term change of lifestyle.
