Die pseudoangiomatöse Stromahyperplasie (PASH) ist eine sehr seltene gutartige Läsion der Mamma. Bei dem hier vorgestellten Fallbericht handelt es sich nach unserer Kenntnis um die Erstbeschreibung einer beidseitigen PASH. Der Fall ist ein sehr gutes Beispiel dafür, dass sich die PASH in der Bildgebung läsionsabhängig völlig unterschiedlich präsentieren kann.
