Fazit

Unklare Beschwerden am Bewegungsapparat sollten nicht leichtfertig als Wachstumsschmerzen bezeichnet werden. Vielmehr sollte die Diagnosestellung anhand der etablierten klinischen Kriterien erfolgen.
